User Roles

Admin Portal Roles

Everyone on your team who uses the Admin Portal has one role. The role decides what they can see and change.

A Tenant Admin adds users and picks their roles under Users.

Roles

Role	What they do
Tenant Admin	Everything, including adding users.
Sales Agent	Onboards and manages merchants and terminals. Sees reports.
Finance Manager	Handles money: finance, transfers, payouts, fees, refunds, and disputes.
Developer	Sets up the integration: API keys, webhooks, and account settings. Also manages merchants, fees, and terminals.
Support	Helps merchants: manages merchants and terminals, refunds payments, and handles disputes.
View Only	Sees payments, merchants, reports, finance, fees, and terminals. Can't change anything.
